Very welcoming staff, ensuring a smooth check in process and offering a welcome drink. The hotel is located just a few hundred meters from train station offering direct link with the airport, next to Platinum Mall and just 10 minutes from Centreworld and sky train station.

The hotel was at a great location! A walking distance to 7-Eleven, Pratunam Market. Room was comfortable and staffs were very friendly!

I stayed at the Metz for 6 nights and it was comfortable, clean and convenient for where I needed to be for a work commitment. Breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, it was quiet enough at night when considering how busy and noisy some nearby areas are. Nearby was a laundry service I used, great service and quick, and also good coffee places.. but it is so close to so much choice it would be hard not to find what you needed. Overall, a good stay. Thanks to the Metz staff!

We stayed here 5 days and absolutely loved it, all staffs were so nice, room was spacious and well-maintained, love the decors as well. Location is super closed to Pratunam market and BTS, 16 mins walk to Siam Paragon. There's a restaurant right across the street and it was a yummy dinner. Plus full view of King Power Mahanakhon tower from our window. Would book again if we come back to BKK x

It was my first time visiting Thailand, and I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by your staff, making us feel truly welcome. The welcome drinks we had, freshly brewed pandan tea, were pure goodness, using natural ingredients (wellness). The room was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable, relaxing, and clean environment throughout our stay. What truly set our stay apart, however, was the outstanding customer service provided by your team. Every staff member I encountered was not only courteous and accommodating but also genuinely attentive to my needs and greeted us whenever we entered the hotel. We also appreciate the excellent communication and organization, from check-in to check-out, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. The farewell treats (rice cake and hot pandan tea) were very thoughtful. In conclusion, our stay at Metz Pratunam was nothing short of exceptional, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. Please convey our gratitude to your entire team for their dedication to creating such a wonderful experience. They deserve more stars. 😉

The hotel staffs are friendly and gave advice where to eat and shop. He even help us to booked a van for 8 to airport. Hotel room is clean and provided toiletries such as lemongrass shampoo ( my fav) and body wash. Hotel near Phaya Thai BTS and airport railway about 9 to 10 minutes walk. Nearby lots of shopping malls, morning/night market, 7/11, eateries and massage parlours.

This was the 3rd time we stayed, apart of been slightly far from the nearest bts, the rest was perfect. Massage shops, convenient stores, restaurant were just nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful and they even compliment breakfast for our latest booking. We would love to continue staying there whenever we visit bangkok

Easy to access, 10 minutes walk from Station Ratchaprarop. 5 minutes to Pratunam Market. It is not in a crowded street and therefore its less noise from outside! Surprisingly they gave us a king-size bed, very huge and comfortable. Various TV Channels. Friendly Staff and keep smiling at us !!
