The place is at the right location. Very near to Tofu, platinum and pratunam market.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Every team member was attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, which made us feel truly cared for. The service felt personal and warm, not just professional. This kind of attention made our stay not only enjoyable but memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. Room was made/cleaned every day. They also made an effort to decorate the room for my husband’s and son’s birthday. ☺️

Very welcoming staff, ensuring a smooth check in process and offering a welcome drink. The hotel is located just a few hundred meters from train station offering direct link with the airport, next to Platinum Mall and just 10 minutes from Centreworld and sky train station.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The staff were all super friendly and helpful—it really made us feel at home. The bed was huge and so comfortable, and the room was bright and cozy thanks to the big windows. We also really appreciated the free breakfast every morning—it was such a nice treat! The location is amazing too! There are so many yummy places to eat just around the corner, and there’s even a massage place right next door—super convenient! We visited during Songkran and were so touched that the hotel gave out cute little water guns so we could join in the fun. And when it rained, they even offered us umbrellas. These little thoughtful gestures meant a lot. Thank you so much to all the lovely staff and for every breakfast you prepared for us. We’re truly grateful and had such a happy, comfortable stay—it felt just like home!

The hotel was at a great location! A walking distance to 7-Eleven, Pratunam Market. Room was comfortable and staffs were very friendly!

I stayed at the Metz for 6 nights and it was comfortable, clean and convenient for where I needed to be for a work commitment. Breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, it was quiet enough at night when considering how busy and noisy some nearby areas are. Nearby was a laundry service I used, great service and quick, and also good coffee places.. but it is so close to so much choice it would be hard not to find what you needed. Overall, a good stay. Thanks to the Metz staff!

I like the people, the hotel's staff. Yes, there's a language barrier but they try their best to communicate with us. Always smiling and they are very generous with their service food buffet. They would even packed a breakfast meal to go as you requested. yummy!

The hotel staffs are friendly and gave advice where to eat and shop. He even help us to booked a van for 8 to airport. Hotel room is clean and provided toiletries such as lemongrass shampoo ( my fav) and body wash. Hotel near Phaya Thai BTS and airport railway about 9 to 10 minutes walk. Nearby lots of shopping malls, morning/night market, 7/11, eateries and massage parlours.

We stayed here 5 days and absolutely loved it, all staffs were so nice, room was spacious and well-maintained, love the decors as well. Location is super closed to Pratunam market and BTS, 16 mins walk to Siam Paragon. There's a restaurant right across the street and it was a yummy dinner. Plus full view of King Power Mahanakhon tower from our window. Would book again if we come back to BKK x
